“I ordered a 5-pack of HP 901 ink cartridges but they did not work in my printer. The INK TONER STORE returned my payment after I called them and told them about the cartridges not working.”

“We've been using InkTonerStore for our business for a few years now. We receive our orders very quickly. There was only one time that there was an issue with a cartridge we received and the problem was very easily resolved and a new cartridge was sent promptly. We will continue to use Ink Toner Store knowing that our cartridge needs will be met with significant savings.”

“I ordered a HP Photosmart 8150, 97 Ink cartridge costing over $84, which would not work in my printer. I called tech support and found out that there were different letters next to the model number of the cartridge. Unfortunately, the one that was sent was the wrong one. The agent offered to sell me the correct 97 cartridge for $54 +. I was very annoyed. Why didn’t customer service tell me to check the model number on the inkjet cartridge so that I would receive a working replacement. Your service sucks.”

“I was delighted to discover InkTonerStore when my local refillable ink cartridge store relocated too far for me. The quality is just as good as the cartridges the printer companies charge an arm and a leg for. I'm a novelist and rely on my "workhorse" laserjet printer, so finding a source of reliable, affordable cartridges is a relief! There's no reason to pay more for the same great results!”

“I have only placed 2 orders so far, but my order both times has shipped out the same day I ordered it. The first order came within a few days. The other I just placed yesterday so I don't know if it will come as quick but I think it will. I have not had issues yet so I don't know how their customer service is.”
