“Orderd a Samsung printer toner cartridge. Arrived on time but did not work. I called and they sent me a new one right away and that one works well. Not perfect at first, but after a few pages were printed, it was fine.”

“I have an old printer and hope not to buy another one any time soon. I couldn't find a new ink cartridge locally, so looked online. I decided to call customer service at Ink Toner Store before ordering a cartridge. I reached Kayla, who took the time to help me select just the right cartridge for my old printer.
