“Prices were very very reasonable however one toner cartridge did not work. They made a Valiant effort to replace it three times but it still did not work. However three of the four cartridges I bought in the four pack did work and that saved me a lot of money. Very professional group. Will still order in the future”

“I am very happy with my purchase from the InkToner Store. My printer is very old and not used a lot so I didn't want to purchase a new one. However, the roller from my old cartridge left a mark on the printed page. Purchased a new cartridge and the problem was solved. The cartridge was easy to install and fit my old machine perfectly. Also, very fast shipping. Thank you.”

“Very easy and much cheaper than the Brother site. I ordered a new toner cartridge and the case that holds it after someone threw the whole thing away. I'm getting old to do something like that but the brand name one cost $85 plus $40 for the toner and I got both delivered for $48.50 total. it works great and Im printing again. The package came in a few days and that was nice. This is the way.”

“This company is amazing! My four cartridges of toner arrived in a timely fashion and were very economical, making me wonder about the company. One cartridge was not accepted by the HP printer. I emailed IInkTonerStore, not really expecting a reply. I got a reply immediately and they mailed me a new cartridge immediately! I was astonished and delighted!”

“Wow, I found the toner I needed. Shipping and tax included it was about $100. All four toner cartridges. I haven't used this printer in years because anywhere around me the toner was $125 per cartridge. What a difference. It makes it worth it to use this printer again.”

“I have been a regular customer of Ink Toner Store for several years. I buy toner and drums for a Brother laser printer and ink cartridges for a Canon color printer. I have found both the product quality and the service Ink Toner Store provided outstanding. The orders arrive quickly and in good condition. Whenever there is an issue - the printer does not recognize the product - the product in question is replaced quickly and with no questions asked. The staff is competent and friendly and always very responsive. Prices are pretty competitive and the product is always in stock. You would have to go a long way to beat - or even match - the value provided by this vendor.”

“The best customer service anywhere! You talk to real people. You don’t have to navigate a bunch of AI questions, you just call and talk to a knowledgeable person. They are so good that they caught an error in my order and called me to tell me and they corrected it. Will never shop elsewhere.”
