“The customer service ISN provides is top-notch. I most usually use the live chat feature and haven't had an issue where it wasn't resolved w/in an hour at most. They provide screenshots as to how to correct things, and are always willing and offering to do it for you, which I like. The conversation is then emailed to me so I have the way to resolve the issue in my inbox for the future. I'm an inspector and business owner, not a software guru, so this is big for me. I highly recommend all inspectors use ISN, especially if you don't like dealing with software issues.”

“Was a bit frustrated that the person did not share that there was a problem with with system and tried to make it as if it was something we did. Only when we called them out on it, did they admit something was amiss. That was disappointing.”
