Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Honda Civic 2012 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Imran on 11th August 2020. As per our records, the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA and Tokio Marine) through email. The advisor has requested you to send the Accident Report and signed Self Declaration Form. As per the standard operating process, the insurance company would require these documents for further evaluation and verification purpose prior to issuing an insurance policy. Moreover, we have confirmed that the Policy was not issued as we are unable to process your payment based on the Credit Card information you have provided on our Payment Portal. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and rest assured we have shared the appropriate feedback with the advisor.
