Dear Vivek, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Toyota Rav4 2008 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Ms. Nimeesha on 24th February 2020. The advisor did contact you on the same day to confirm the necessary details prior sending the quotes, but there was no response. Therefore, the advisor has sent a follow up email on the same day. We sincerely apologize for the delay in sending the quotes as it is not our usual standard process and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry. Other websites like yallacompare.com are getting back with the quotes in a time of 15 mins and they're also a minimum of 200 AED cheaper. Not going to use insurancemarket.ae again. You guys need to buck up what you are doing!

Moreover, the advisor did referred the case to the underwriters of the insurance company and got an approval for AED 11650 Including VAT, and informed you to send the Registration card and Driving License to check for other options.
