Dear Emad, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Nissan Patrol 2020 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Nikhil on 11th February 2020. We have identified that the advisor did try to contact you by phone but there was no response. We apologize for the delayed in sending the motor insurance quotes and we have given a stern feedback to the advisor to ensure it is not repeated in the future. No one followed up with me or gave me any offers even after 3 days from applying and the only one phone called i recieved stated that someone will be with me the insurance shortly.

We have identified that the advisor did contact you to discuss the quote however due to system issues, the call got disconnected. The advisor did try to contact you the next day however you already purchased the insurance from elsewhere.
