Dear Talal, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we identified that your motor insurance inquiry for Nissan Rogue 2015 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Faizan on 01st February 2020. As per our records, the advisor has contacted you on the same day and requested you to send the vehicle testing certificate as your vehicle is non-gcc specified. As per the standard operating process, the insurance companies would require the vehicle testing certificate for insuring non-gcc specified vehicles under comprehensive cover and such cases are subject to the underwriter's approval. The advisor was expecting to receive the required documents, however, it was not received.The advisor has also tried to contact you regarding the same but there was no response. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. Rest assured we have taken the necessary action at our end and have given the appropriate feedback to the advisor.
