As per our records, we identified that your motor insurance inquiry for Honda City 2017 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Ms. Maria on 8th July 2020 and the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, Qatar Insurance and RSA) through email. Upon further investigation, we found that the advisor did send you the Final Terms and Conditions on 9th July 2020 through email. As a standard process, we do not issue any policy without sharing the Final Terms and Conditions to our clients and proceed with the issuance request only when we receive their confirmations. Moreover, we did receive your confirmation on Friday, 10th July and issued the policy on Saturday, 11th July. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
