“The insurance was booked with wrong Traffic File number, the agent couldn't fix it although I gave him instructions from RTA that they require to create a new file. After five wrong attempts from the insurance agent, the RTA system blocked the agent and I was told to come the next day after 24 hrs. At the end, it was fixed within the same day, but I spent over 4hrs in RTA.”
