Dear Emad, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Nissan Patrol 2020 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Nikhil on 11th February 2020. We have identified that the advisor did try to contact you by phone but there was no response. We apologize for the delayed in sending the motor insurance quotes and we have given a stern feedback to the advisor to ensure it is not repeated in the future. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry. Moreover, the advisor did sent an email within 10 minutes from the time of inquiry informing you that we are unable to reach you by phone and to send a valid phone number that we can use to contact you or provide the necessary documents (Registration Card, Showroom Quote, Invoice and Driving License) in order to get the best possible options for your motor insurance. This process requires us to check each and every detail related to your motor insurance including your claim history, type of insurance, vehicle trim, etc... as it helps the advisor in generating the accurate quotations. “It has been a pleasure having IM take care of all my needs for insuring my car. The best part was Nilesh worked on my side to get me the best deal and I compared his quotes from outside the network and certainly IM’s quote was much better. I have already sent my other car details to Nilesh to help me get a similar quote for it. Thanks IM.”

“Though the revert back was quick but it did not cover all the insurance companies for the quote. As for my case Orient Insurance is the insurance company covering my vehicle currently but they did not appear in your report.I would therefore advise you when you give a comparison to cover all the insurance companies.”

“Though I have been receiving fliers from Insurance Market my contacting them was a sort of last resort. However, the response was exemplary. If it was not the question of loyalty I would definitely have gone with them. I wish them all the best and thank them for their unstinted feedback/support.”

“As already shared on my google review, it took so long to get my quotes and the team was not very responsive when I followed up. But the worst was the coercive behavior of the agent who said “i hope you will close with me because i spent the whole day on your quote”. I could have closed with you because the difference was so small and you offered benefits. However after this lack of professionalism I decided not to proceed.”

The emails you received is a system generated emails from our Marketing Team highlighting the perks and benefits that you will get if you will purchase insurance with us, a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) relating to insurance, and an introductory email letting you know that we appreciate your business and for giving us the opportunity to serve you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for BMW 420I 2015 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Talib on 11th February 2020.We have identified that the advisor did contact you the next day 12th February 2020. As per our records, the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, Oman Insurance and RSA). Upon receiving the signed Broker’s Appointment Letter, the advisor did referred the case to the underwriters of the insurance company and got an approval for AED 1995 Including VAT. The intention of the advisor was to assist you by providing the best possible deal and offered a discounted premium as well. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused and we have already given stern feedback to the concerned advisor.
