Dear Mohammed, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Ford Mustang 2015 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Rakshath on 15th February 2020. We have identified that the advisor did tried to reach you by phone however we couldn’t get through because the phone number is either switched off or outside the coverage area. We apologize for the delayed in sending the motor insurance quotes and we have given a stern feedback to the advisor to ensure it is not repeated in the future. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry. Moreover, the advisor sent an email on 17th February 2020 informing you that we are unable to reach you by phone and to send a valid phone number that we can use to contact you and to confirm the necessary details in order to get the best possible options for your motor insurance. We at InsuranceMarket.ae operate on a different model within which we provide our clients with the tailor made options for their insurance. This process requires us to check each and every detail related to your motor insurance including your claim history, type of insurance, vehicle trim, etc... as it helps the advisor in generating the accurate quotations. As a company, our objective is to provide you the most value for money by quoting the best insurance companies in the market and to offer you our fast track claims service by assigning a dedicated claims manager to assist you throughout the claim process. We have identified that the advisor did try to contact you by phone but there was no response. We apologize for the delayed in sending the motor insurance quotes and we have given a stern feedback to the advisor to ensure it is not repeated in the future. “It has been a pleasure having IM take care of all my needs for insuring my car. The best part was Nilesh worked on my side to get me the best deal and I compared his quotes from outside the network and certainly IM’s quote was much better. I have already sent my other car details to Nilesh to help me get a similar quote for it. Thanks IM.”
