Upon further investigation, we identified that we received your motor insurance inquiry for Skoda Fabia 2013 model on 8th September 2020. As per our records, one of the advisors did contact you on the same day to confirm the necessary details in order to get the best possible options for your motor insurance. The advisor has sent Third Party Insurance quotes from different insurance providers (Oman Insurance, Qatar Insurance and Tokio Marine) through email. We believe that there seems to be a misunderstanding here as we have only deducted the exact amount in AED currency. Please note that the exchange rate will apply since you have made a payment using a Debit Card issued outside UAE and the price depends on one currency in terms of another currency. We are truly apologetic for the inconvenience caused and would like to appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. “Evry time, even i send you the bill, you do not trust anyone...For example, for now, i paid already the dentist with advance of 6000 AED for 1 implant. I will pay the rest october, 8, when the dentist will finish the work. I need reimbursement for 6000 AED, you ask and ask to prove it....I sent already all bills i had. I can not do more.
