“I can’t remember his name. but the guy that guy that helped me (Kirk) or (mark) something like that was very professional and helped me through everything with a great understanding of what I was trying to do! Definitely recommend him to anyone! 🤘🏽”

“After talking to numerous agents about their travel insurance, I found they gave contradictory and confusing information with respect to their programs and had trouble understanding what I was looking for - Prell, on the other hand was clear, she understood right away what I wanted and gave succinct explanations of the options - she clearly had a good grasp of the products she was selling.”
