“Usha was extremely professional in assisting me in gett my extended health care benefits package. She answered all my questions and was quick in providing additional information that I required before making a decision. I would recommend her as a positive representative for your organization. She has also provided me with information on how to make contact with her in the event I have further questions. I prefer to deal with one point of contact.
