“I am very pleased with the service I received. I would have appreciated the option to have my 80 page policy mailed to me rather than having to print the 80 page document.”

“Hi. We were treated very nice. Christine was our representative and she made sure everything was completed before the job was done. She also made us feel important. She was friendly and courteous to us. Hope we can deal with her thorough out this process. We are just waiting for the paper work to arrive and we will see how the next steps go for us, hopefully as well as our first step. Thank you”

“I used healthrates.ca and was matched/ connected with Phillip from alliance and he helped me figure out what health insurance would be best for me. He was amazing with answering my questions thoroughly and promptly and was awesome with explaining certain things. “I spoke with Dornaz Samiei several times over a one-month period before we purchased insurance from Tugo through her. Dornaz is a great representative. She is true to her word, having made return calls to me several times on precisely the agreed upon date. She has a very pleasant manner and is well-spoken and knowledgeable. She would be an asset to any work place.”
