“I was contacted by Theresa Heuser of Alliance Income in response to my request for a quote on travel insurance. She was excellent! She was also very accomodating and patient with my many questions and concerns. She provided clear and concise answers that gave me the confidence to choose the right travel insurance for my trip. Her manner is very personable and relatable. After I spent weeks researching travel insurance online, I was very happy she was able to provide me with the expertise needed to make this decision.”

“Prell was excellent and very accommodating. I’m thankful she followed up on my online attempt to get a quote, because I found the website not friendly. Once I filled it in first time I got an email for online application which I wasn’t about to redo again! Kudos to your company for hiring Prell.”
