“I dealt with Dornaz Samiei. She provided me with insurance info for two different trips. It was obvious that she was very knowledgeable of the various insurance products and pointed out savings to me. She was just lovely to deal with, And I felt I was in very good hands. Highly recommend her.”

“DORNAZ is an excellent person. She is detailed, well spoken, a great person. I liked her happy nature, wonderful nature and I am very pleased that she could put her amiable nature and her knowledge. She is an excellent person and she adds life to the call by adding smile in/to her call with clients, such as me. I am pleased I came across her when I was so unsure and I had left my employer of 10 years. She was knowledgeable enough to tell me to not go ahead with a prescription plan because I had already been approved on Ontario Trillium drug plan. She warned me that you could only keep one plan at a time and Ontario would cut me off if they knew that I had a drug plan. I thank her for her knowledge because the Sun life person who was related to my last company's plan did not have any such information. I was going to make a mistake by continuing with Sun Life prescription plan and enhanced health coverage if I had not come across our wonderful Dornaz Samiei. Thank you for an amazing job. You are good at what you do. And I'm hoping that many more people get to speak with you and get the service that I got. Thank you, wonderful Persian angel.”

“Christine was extremely helpful and walked me through the benefit plans that were available to me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! She took the time to review the available benefit plans and readily answered any questions I had. Christine was a pleasure to work with setting up the right plan for me. I have already recommended her to a friend of mine who is retiring soon and will lose her current health care plan and therefore will be seeking a new health care plan. Thank you Christine!”

“We contacted Alliance Income Services and spoke with Marisa Ramnath. Marisa asked all the pertinent questions, made suggestions, asked more questions and found us the perfect policy! She was patient will all our questions and was always there to speak with us on the several occasions that we called. We were very impressed with her knowledge, patience and service. We then spoke with Mickael Breen, who too, was terrific, answered all our questions and made sure every detail was covered before the purchase was finalized. The professionalism, kindess and care they both showed in conducting business is something the company should be very proud of. Thank you so much.”

“CHRISTINE AUGUSTUS was very patient with me as I was traveling and kept asking her to call back at a better time. When I was finally ready, she helped me through the application process. I did have a hard time hearing her - so I’m not sure if it was my phone system or yours. She was kind, helpful and very patient with me.”
