“I've used Interparcel a number of times now, choosing different carriers for different purposes. Each one I've used has delivered goods 'without a scratch' on the packing, let alone the contents! My parcels have never arrived later than agreed. It is a great help to be able to insure things easily and to be able to track progress easily. The service is much more certain, trackable and reliable than Royal Mail in my experience. They deliver just as they say they will.”

“I fount the service really easy to use. I thought it was quick and simple and the customer recieving the goods was impressed with how quick he recieved the item. Will use interparcel again, definately.”

“i have used interparcel twice and have been utterley AMAZED both times at the speed and effiency of their service. Don't hesitate to use them. I only wish I could send myself overseas with interparcel, far less hassle than conventional travel!!”

“I use Interparcel for shipping all my parcel. Its easy to book online and you can even get same day collection. I've had 1 parcel go missing (by TNT) in the 3-4years I've been using them and their customer service was excellent (much better than Royal Mail which is a real pain!).”

“I've used numerous couriers interparcel are by far the best. If you have a problem it's easy to speak to an agent and any problems are delt with straight away. Orders are easy to track and your account is easy to accesses. Excellent company and reasonably priced.”

“Normally the bookings I make go smoothly but, occassionally I experience a collection or delivery issue, when I seek help from interparcel staff they ALWAYS respond and solve the problem, that's why I use them again and again”

“I used inter parcel to deliver 18 pc cases to addresses all over the UK,It could not have been any easier,and was cheaper than going direct to the individual companies........Only one was damaged on arrival which is being claimed for,so no worries there,all in all its so good and so easy to do from the comfort of your armchair i will be using them again and again”

“I have used Interparcel many times for the best rates on shipping larger, heavier items and find the service very easy to use. Unfortunately I have had issues with certain couriers but the staff at Interparcel have been very helpful in resolving those issues with the couriers.”

“I,ve been using Interparcel for about the last two years. I mainly use the Interparcel Standard next day sevice. It costs about ?11. The carrier is UPS-they are the best in my opinion. I mainly post/recieve vintage electronics-I,ve never had a broken item. When I,ve had a problem I can always get through by phone quickly(,no press 1,press 5 wait 20 minutes rubbish).And have found them very understanding and helpfull. As an examlple a UPS driver waited 10 minutes while i tried to print a label off my computor as I was having printer problems. I,ll continue to use them as my only courier. They are the best,I,d recommend them to anyone.”

“I recently sold some studio lighting on eBay and because it was heavy and bulky I listed it as "collection in person" One of the bidders asked if I could find out how much it was to send via a courier service. So armed with the bathroom scales and a tape measure I took the parcels measurements. I was expecting the price to be at least ?45 as the box was big and heavy. Think 2 medium sized suitcases in a box. Was I in for a shock. ?13.50 plus VAT to collect from me and deliver the next day. It was even cheaper if I didn't mind it taking 2-3 days to arrive. The post office has charged me more for sending items 1/20th of the size and weight. No longer will I be listing items on eBay as "collection only" until I have checked if it can go via interparcel. As for booking the collection via the website it couldn't be easier. Just have the dimensions and weight handy and follow the on screen directions. Choose the service and collection time to suit you. I would recommend you read through other reviews here to find out which service to use. I used UPS and they couldn't be faulted. Sit back and relax and wait for the men with the big brown van to arrive.”

“I've been using Interparcel for more than 5 years now and they consistently provide an excellent service. When things occasionally do go wrong, the staff are always helpful and manage to sort the problems out quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”
