“They have been spot on with every single time i have used them,my parcels have always been delivered to my customers before the estimated delivery time,they have always arrived at my place spot on to the minute to pick every parcel up and who could ask for a more better service,you don't need a printer like most couriers every parcel i have sent no matter what size and no matter were it has gone to even when its been hundreds of miles away has never cost me more then ?12......So come on what more could you ask for,i will never use anybody else because interparcel are the best.”

“interparcel are a very reliable parcel service with a good choice of couriers at very reasonable prices. The only reservations which could be improved on is; 1: discounted parcel prices if sending more than one parcel to one address 2: later booking in times for same day collection would be advantageous. they use to have a cut off time of 2pm which has now been reduced to midday. All in all, I have and would recommend Interparcel to anyone I know.”

“Hello I am very happy with your service but not being given an account is a massive hassle all needs to be put on a credit card and claimed back. Also my employees can?t use you if I and my credit card are out of the office”

“Having used the courier linked to Ebay, with disasterous results, I decided to give Interparcel a go. The website is very user friendly. The prices are competetive with available choices of service. Documentation is clearly marked and easily printed at home. I was impressed that my parcel was instantly insured up to a higher level than other couriers. Collection was as promised and delivery was spot on. I have used twice and WILL use again. Thank you Interparcel.”

“I used these folks for some time now and never been disappointed regardless of which carrier I have chosen. All services are signed & tracked included in the basic cost and the only problem I have ever had is having had to wait sometimes for 24-48 hours for pickup using the cheapest carrier instead of the quoted next day pickup. But I know well that's just how the local guy is and not a reflection on the service as a whole.”

“I ALWAYS THOUGHT BOOKING A COURIER WOULD BE COMPLICATED AND A LONG PROCESS, INTERPARCEL SHOWS YOU THAT NOT THE FACT. YOUR WEBSITE IS VERY EASY TO USE AND MAKES IT QUICK AND SIMPLE TO USE. THERE IS ONE CRITISIM AND THATS THAT YOU USE YODEL AND I HAVE BOOKED TWICE BY MISTAKE THROUGH YODEL AND I HAVE TO SAY THEIR SERVICE IS AWEFUL WHICH DOESNT REFLECT WELL ON YOU AS WE THEN HAVE TO COME BACK TO YOU WITH COMPLANTS AS THEY REFUSE TO HELP UNLESS YOUR A PREMIER MEMBER”
