“I sent a parcel to my twin sister in Canada, the items were quite urgent and I was concerned they wouldn't arrive in time. No such worries the goods were delivered within 3 days the only problem was my sister wasn't home, but that wasn't Interparcels fault - we hadn't expected them so promptly! They made an arrangement to re-deliver and goods arrived as promised. They were also the best price I had quoted so win, win all the way. I will cetainly use them again and, in fact, have some items to be delivered to England so I'll be in touch.”

“I have been using Interparcel since April 2012 and have sent out about 200 parcels during that time and I have found Interparcel to be very efficient, reliable and approachable. Out of the 200 parcels I have only had a couple of issues but with a phone call to Interparcel Customer Services they were dealt with quickly and efficiently leaving me satisfied with the outcome. I would have no problem recommending Interparcel to anyone who is looking for quality parcel delivery.”

“We have used Interparcel for over a year now and have found the rates to be very reasonable and the choice of level of service in terms of delivery times to be good ( depending on which carrier is allocated the collection / delivery). Collections are always made within the timeframe advised and so far, delivery has been without any problems. Let's hope it continues that way. Perhaps the only gripe is the additional insurance cover costs which could be a bit lower in my opinion.”

“Needed to return a purchase to a music store, they wanted a ridiculous amount of money to use their own courier so I googled and found this company. I'm not used to using this sort of service as I've only ever used Royal Mail but the process was dead easy and was totally done via the web. Instructions were clear and the courier turned up at my door on the day I chose. The item was delivered quickly, much quicker than the music store refunding my money which they still haven't done yet!”

“If you want a parcel sent somewhere just go online fill in the size weight and address of your parcel and pick a service you want , print out the labels interparcel email you and thats it ,they pickup when they say its brilliant, no going out to the shops to post it”

“I have used Interparcel numerous times to send fishing rods all over the Country. They have NEVER let me down, they collect when they say they will and deliver within 24 hours, you cannot ask for better than that. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They also are SO competitivly priced. Amazing service.”

“We use Interparcel a lot and are generally very pleased. We do think that insurance could be offered to cover shipments worth more than ?1000 and that the charge for insurance (which is much, much more than UPS charge us) is far too high”

“We've been using interparcel for many years and never had any problems. We tend to use their own 48 hour service (provided by UPS), 9 times out of 10, the parcel will be delivered next day. Excellent!!”
