“Wow it was very easy to use the website to book and print off postage labels. They came to collect when they said and delivered on time and all around great service. Better value by miles than Royal Mail or any other i have tried so far. No need to look any further this is the one for me from now on. Thanks PS Bird like service Cheap Cheap Cheap HAHAHA”

“If your sending a parcel dont go out in the rain waiting in que go on line and look up interparcel they will get it picked up from your door at a time to suit you. Its that simple.”

“I've used this service to send parcels all around the world and they never let me down. Most international deliveries sent thru Royal Mail will go missing or take months to deliver. Will continue using interparcel.com”

“I give this four stars because it's quick and simple, and presents lots of cheap options which are all clear and easy to understand (although, baffingly, at the bottom of the list there will also be some ludicrously expensive options which don't seem to offer a better service). I buy and sell guitars on eBay and I used to use Parcelforce until I realised that they weren't covered, even though I was paying extra for insurance. You have to wade through a lot of well-hidden small print to find that out. Interparcel also doesn't make this a front-page boast, but if I'm not mistaken, they charge a percentage of the package's value. You can't get a quote for it though, the opportunity to add insurance doesn't come until you've booked the collection. Why not make it part of the quote, and make it absolutely clear what's covered? That would get you 5 stars!”

“Have used Interparcel many times,and have have no complaints.Seem to be very efficient.Would warn anyone sending an antique,not to insure with inter parcel.They do not provide cover for works of art ,or antiques.Read the small print.”

“I had to send a parcel containing magazines to the US. In the past we have used the Royal Mail to send individual magazines to the US and Canada. The quite unacceptable increase in the Royal Mail rates meant that we needed to find a cheaper alternative. We found one of our members in the US who would be prepared to use to local postal service to do the final part of the distribution. All we needed to find was someone to arrange the first leg of the distribution - that is to say move a parcel containing the magazines packed in bulk from the UK to the US. Interparcel provided the solution providing an economical and efficient problem free service.”

“I prefer Interparcel because the site is easy and fast and the documentation arrives immediately and thats what I am looking for in every parcel collection I order. The rates vary on what you want and the choice is important. I have never been let down and have always been satisfied. I'd recommend it as my first choice.”

“Sent a parcel, but was given the wrong address to send to!!! Oh Dear!! I was contacted by one of the depots who was not only helpful and polite but went out of there way to resolve the problem. I get the correct address and they came back to me within hours to confirm they can now deliver the parcel to the correct address. Must say, I was very lucky not to have to pay again!!! Great work. Credit due to Rebecca P. Thanks once again.”
