“I've used Interparcel about three times now, and would recommend them to anyone. The website is easy to use, prices are very cheap, and each time my parcels have been collected on time and delivered in perfect order on time. Much cheaper, quicker and safer than using Royal Mail.”

“Interparcel have delivered a lot of parcels for me, I always choose them first. A vast majority of the parcels are perfectly delivered, there have been a few mishaps but this is inevitable with the volume I send. Any problems are always rectified 100%.”

“Being able to make one payment for several shipments would help.. rather than having to put all the payment details in multiple times.. Some sort of ebay integration would be nice... Otherwise.. generally very happy with you service.. although I haven't used Yodel for some time as they were giving pretty rubbish service some time back..”

“they collect at your convenience ,are very reasonably priced and to Germany usually there within a couple of days .Would send parcels by them any day, never use royal mail far too expensive.”

“We love the service we get from UPS when we book through Interparcel. They pick up and deliver quickly and are totaly trust worthy. However if anything does go wrong Interparcel themselves are difficult to get hold of and very unsympathetic. They will no longer take 3m lengths which has serously reduced our selling oportunities for Cornice and Pelmet. TNT will still take these lengths so we do not understand why we can no longer book them through Interparcel.”

“I have used Interparcel many time and would recommend them to anyone. For both national and international deliveries. They have been the most reliable and best value for money in almost every way. The one exception is from the mainland to Northern Ireland where the post office is the cheapest carrier.”
