“I like the fact you are given the choice and quotes from several shipping companies. The ordering format is easy and very efficient. I have not had any problems using Interparcel and I would recommend to anyone.”

“I get at least one call every day, asking if the caller can quote to ship my goods. The ease of service and I get with Interparcel means I have to reject these offers because they just can't compete. I once had a hiccup though; I'd put the wrong mailing address on my parcel destined to USA. Although it hadn't left my local area, re-routing it proved impossible. I had to contact the recipient and get them to forward it on to its destination. I wasn't best pleased.”

“Before I learned of interparcel I always struggled to gain access to the large parcel carriers resulting in paying extortionate fees to the Post Office for Royal Mail Parcels. I frequently choose the UPS options and have never been let down. Excellent service.”

“We had lots of parcels to send to our clients all over the country and didn't want to have to lug them down to the local post office so tried Interparcel. They were fantastic and it was cheaper to send the parcels via them rather than the post office. All parcels collected and delivered at the times quoted. We will definitely be using them again and have no hesitation recommending them.”

“You put in your order for pick up and you can guarantee the parcel will be gone within 24 hrs. (Usually less!) You can track it at all times and know where your parcel is. Well done I say when the costs with Royal Mail are so high. Keep up the good work.”

“We send a lot of parcels through Interparcel, and hate when i have to pay using credit Card, You should have a account system where we get billed. Will make life much more easier.”

“We were very impressed with the service and value from Interparcel. The only thing we thought could do with resolution, would be that for pre-payment credit uploaded and paid for on my credit card - a VAT receipt for this is not available. This is quite an important thing to have for company credit card records. So I think you would need to look into why this is currently not possible. Apart from that, great service!”

“I purchase their services for areas that my regular courier service does not cover. Prices to most countries are cheapest on the internet, the courier comes as promised, the one or two times they didn't Interparcel was quick to react. Good customer service and good value, drefinitely recommended.”

“I've used Interparcel a couple of times now to send parcels overseas to Germany and USA. I only need couriers 2 or 3 times a year so it's not worth having an account with anyone and Interparcel is really easy to use and they use the cheapest option available. And the level of service, timing, tracking etc is just the same as using any other courier. I would definitely recommend using them.”

“I'm hugely indebted to the guy who recommended interparcel to me. Not only am I saving a LOT of money on my international shipping, but it's far easier to use than most couriers own websites. No fuss booking, it's made my life so much easier.”
