“I use interparcel for all my deliveries. I send boxes to my dad in Spain all the time and other packages mostly in the uk. They pickup from my work place normally the day I book it and it's always a quick delivery. I've only had one delivery issue and interparcel phoned me to tell me they were unable to deliver it. I supplied them some more details and it was delivered hours later.”

“99 times out of 100 the service is absolutely excellent. I think we've had one or two minor hiccups with communication between driver / delivery company and Interparcel which appears to have been improved since. In the main the customer service, price and delivery has been spot on. No complaints.”

“Used Interparcel a few times & never has a problem. We are a training company and use them to deliver important training materials. They have always arrived safely, on time, with no damage. Same day collectsion have always been prompt too.”

“Very pleased with the service provided, excellent that you can track the progress of your parcel. Only one gripe..... when you're booking it gives you an option to book a time slot for collection and my time slot came and went and wasn't collected till 3/4 of an hour later! good job I did'nt have to be anywhere that day, so that needs sorting out!”

“I send approx 2 to 3 parcels per week with Interparcel, have never had problems with pick up and delivery of the goods. Good choice of carriers have used UPS, TNT and Citylink depending on delivery requirement, the only restriction is I have to book by 12:00PM if I want same day collection if using UPS but not really a problem.”

“If you have ever wanted to buy an item on eBay but couldn't because it was you had to collect it yourself personally, then this is the quick and economical way to solve the problem. Just book it through Interparcel and await delivery! It couldn't be simpler. I've been using Interparcel for several years now, both to send things I've sold and to collect those I've bought, and haven't found a better or cheaper way of doing what I want. “A word of advice, if your package goes missing get the consignment number & a direct contact number for the courier co. involved & chase it yourself. Interparcel are rubbish at getting things sorted if they go wrong. I wasted 3 days waiting for Interparcel to re-organise a delivery that was sent to the wrong depot by mistake, they don't seem to be able to put a bomb up the backside of the company involved so best to do it yourself. Otherwise a good service & value for money.”

“I was anxious about making sure process of receipt would be professional for the customer - well I needn't have worried. The parcel made its journey and I was able to keep informed of the progress, arriving safely. Would not hesitate to use Interparcel again.”

“I would recommend Interparcel 100%. It was surprisingly easy to arrange the pick up with full details and step by step instructions online. Tracking my package online gave peace of mind and I was amazed it had reached the other side of the world 4 days later. Will definately use again, it was so easy and professional.”
