“Offers a good service at competitive prices. My only concern is that on a number of occasions invoices have been debited from our bank account twice, resulting in me having to keep a very close eye on the accounts and as to how and when this company process their payments. Worrying.”

“Cant really post a bad one , but waited around on FOUR days on FOUR seperate promises of collection and no show . Refund processed within 3 minutes when i complained . so dunno”

“My faith in courier companies was somewhat dented after several extremely poor experiences with a competitor courier. This could not have been better. The whole process was simple and easy to follow. Prices may be a little more expensive than the cheapo carriers but are still competitive. You clearly get what you pay for! Will be switching back to Interparcel full time for good service and peace of mind.”

“I have used Interparcel on two occasions and they have given great service both times Sent parcels to Portugal from the UK and both were delivered within a working week. When I send parcels abroad I will use Interparcel again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and colleagues”

“I have used this service on a number of occasion and have NEVER been let down once Recently I have used the post office for 3 recorded letters and 1 recorded parcel My parcel arrived 4 days late and 2 of my letters were lost complete with original documents The post office have offered me 25% reimbursement for the parcel and 6 first class stamps for the letters. No joke”

“Interparcel website is simple to contact with easy details to obtain quotes with wide choice of services and range of prices. Converting quot to order is speedy and not too labourious. Collection and delivery service is good with most drivers courteous and helpfull. I regularly recommend Interparce to colleagues and friends.”

“I use Interparcel to set up parcel collections via the internet, usually using UPS as the carrier. I have NEVER lost anything using UPS, and on the few occasions I chose a different carrier and it did go missing - I was always credited for the loss of the parcel really quite quickly. We are in a remote location and if I have booked once package but missed the cut-off time for a subsequent parcel, the driver will usually take it and it gets there the same day it was "booked" to be collected. I had to cancel a parcel collection once, because our customer cancelled and I was able to get a full refund and the collection cancelled really easily. So, you don't have to speak to them, because it doesn't really go wrong, but on the times when you do, they perform really well. I must add though that I am only sending printed material - so no chance of breakages! Having looked at other reviews, I agree hanging on the phone (premium line) is exceedingly frustrating. Pay no attention to the recording telling you how long your wait will be!”
