“I have used them for years. The prices are competitive even though occasionally I look elsewhere when there are lower quotes. However when something goes wrong you can contact them and they will sort it out. Some booking agents will simply ignore you or hide behind their terms and conditions. Also the order history and tracking through the Interparcel website is first class.”

“Excellent service- unbelievable price. Ive never used this service before but the price was good, it was easy to book delivery and I used the store to store service. Both stores were very close to our respective houses. Couldnt ask for a better service”

“I booked this on line late on a Sunday evening and the guy was here at 8.15am the next day to collect. Could not ask for anything more, as long as the parcel gets to its destination OK. Thank You Russ”

“I use Interparcel for all my packages. I've never had a problem with collection or deliveries. The tracking and text message features are invaluable. I have only needed to contact Interparcel Customer Services once (due to my error entering a delivery address). It was sorted effeciently and politely within minutes. No complaints from me. I would recommend Interparcel to any of my friends. Thanks!”

“I had an odd sized package, a bike, refused by most other parcel delivery companies on dimensions. No so on interparcel who quoted a reasonable price. Once booked I had to reschedule a collection time online which again was no problem. Once uplifted from central Scotland package was delivered next day in Essex with driver phoning recipient to schedule receipt. I am very pleased with overall service and price and would use again without hesitation.”

“I found this site on ebay having bought a very nice banjo from over 200 miles away without knowing how to get it home. It was so easy to get prices for different services from different carriers - all well known carriers too and they were very good prices. I chose Interparcel Premium which is provided by UPS and was able to boost the insurance to match the value of the banjo. They even provided shipping labels which I've emailed to the collection address. Recommend - yes, definately. I already have done to the man who is selling me his banjo.”

“I have used Interparcel for a couple of years now, never had a problem. Collect on time deliver on time. Takes the hassle and worry out of despatch. Very goods rates too, couldnt do it cheaper myself?”
