“I use Interparcel fairly regularly.They have been one of the mainstays of my online business.Apart from very few hiccups,which one should make allowances for, I am extremely satisfied with Interparcel . I would recommend Interparcel without hesitation.”

“Great website easy to use. Great choice of Shippers Disappointed they seem to have lost Fed Ex but plenty of other choices. Best of all if you have a problem with a Parcel you can phone and speak to a Person in Crawley NOT INDIA Crawley. I have been using them for a good few years 5 Star. Brendan Casey wot a racket sporting antiques.”

“Very good service with help rearranging urgent parcel after letdown by UPSfor what is really a failing of UPS - John Lewis / Marks and Spoencer levels of service from Interparcel here !!! this is why I always use and recommend your company”

“We use Interparcel regularly for orders that are too large to be sent in the post. The website lets us make bookings easily without any fuss. Any issues that we have had in the years that we have used Interparcel have been dealt with quickly and effectively using the online chat.”

“Used Interparcel courier service twice in recent weeks (cheesed off with waiting in the PO queue) excellent response on both occasions. Getting a quote, website booking and payment so simple; weigh the parcel, measure it, enter the details on screen, quotes comes back instantly, just pick the one that suits best - exceptional value for money. On line booking and payment takes no time at all, delivery very speedy. This courier is now tagged as our No.1 choice.”

“I have used Interparcel online booking service for couriers for the past few years. If I need a courier for anything, I book through Interparcel. They have a good range of courier companies to choose from and pricing seems to be very competitive. I have used couriers for UK mainland, UK islands, European countries and for pallet loads. The site to book or for quotes is extremely easy to use and navigate. If you have a problem or need advice, they have a good telephone helpline or online chat service. I have only twice had a problem with a courier delivery or collection booked through Interparcel and neither times was it an Interparcel fault. Both times, Interparcel helped solve the problem with the courier quickly and efficiently. I know I can just phone up and talk to a person who will help. I always go back to Interparcel and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.!”

“The whole process was easy from start to finish, you just need to ensure you have all the measurements, collection & delivery information to hand before you start as the system times out and you have to start again from quote page.
