“Remember Interparcel are agents NOT carriers! We have used them for a number of years and inevitably during this time we have occasionally had a problem. This is the fault of the courier not the agent. Claims are speedily and efficiently dealt with and that is a huge bonus when sending vulnerable items. Interparcel are an honest and reliable company who, if given the chance, do their best to rectify any problems that may occur, Send with confidence.”

“I was in the taxi/parcel delivery industry for over 30 years; this service really is as good as it gets; I especially like the 20p text to let you know when the package has been delivered, and who signed for it: makes 'parcelfarce' look like some kind of amish horse-and-buggy operation.......:)”

“Interparcel provide very attractively priced, reliable parcel services to select. The service centre always, without exception go out of their way to assist with any difficulties in transit e.g overseas customs requirements, or payment difficulties It is far easier dealing with Interparcel than with any other courier I have dealt with. Overseas service is second to none.”

“Ok ... I don't normally take the time to do reviews ... but this one I always make time for. Been using Interparcel online for a few years now ... after many unhappy episodes with Royal Mail I decided a change was due ... and I took the plunge & just did it. Ok ... so it's a wee bit different than just taking that Parcel to the Post Office.... but guess what it's worth the extra time it takes. Why?? ... you ask. well here goes in a nutshell :- 1 ... it's far cheaper! ( Check it out .. weights etc for parcel Force delivery!!) 2... It's professional from pick up to drop off.( Yep they even pick up that heavy parcel for you... no more treks and parking palava at the Post Office... if you can find one that is!) 3... You can track your Parcel online. 4... It's quicker by far ( .. and trust me I send to Cornwall regularly!) 5 .. It could be that I'm just HUGELY lucky... but I've never lost a parcel yet!! ( But given all the above ...mmmm I don't think so, it's just a good reliable "all round professional service") Would I recommend it?? ... you bet .. ok I know you book online but give it a try. The first time ... yes it's different.. just take the time ... there's no rush ... so fill in the booking slowly ... and hey ho ... you're done... and guess what the next time it's easier more familiar... and then ... you'll wonder why you didn't try them years ago ... I did!”

“I use Interparcel quite often, it is a very reliable service, with very competitive prices. The online booking system is user friendly and extremely easy to use, being able to pay via PayPal makes life really easy. Courier's are friendly, polite and punctual, so helpful. Customer service is refreshingly easy to contact and their staff are really helpful and efficient. Highly recommended service.”

“I heard about Interparcel via the Martin Lewis Money Saving Expert website. It proved to be a very good, easy to use website with a choice of carriers to suit everyone's needs. My packages were registered and paid for very quickly. They were picked up the next day by my carrier of choice (City Link) and delivered by them on the next working day. For a few pence more I was able to get SMS messages when the packages were out for delivery and also when they had been delivered . Everything I needed from a courier service and cheaper and easier than going to the Post Office.”

“I have been using interparcel for the past 2 years, and they provide a great service at a very competitive price. During this time I only had one problems with them, it was an ?tem that arrived damaged, but they were very quick in solving the situation and compensating me for it.”

“Since the post office done away with their standard parcel delivery I have used inter parcel and the service has been amazing. Never once has a parcel been lost or damaged and the delivery is super fast. The website to book parcels is extremely easy. Also they pick up on the day they give you.”

“I needed to send an urgent one off parcel to Germany. I tried parcel force and the price was coming in at ?45. Then someone told me to try Interparcel. To send the same package was 1/2 the price. Ordering online was easy, printing labels was quick and they came and picked up on the day within 2 hours. Would definitely use again.”
