“Very easy to book online. I had a brief scare when my online connection crashed before I had printed out the address labels and customs clearance for the parcel. On reconnection, 20 seconds later, the site stated that I could no longer retrieve these details from their server but fortunately The Company had emailed me these details to so I was able to retrieve them from the attachments to the email. Otherwise, really easy to book the parcel delivery and make payment. Sensible and helpful options (delivery time estimates, insurance, text on delivery) were available for a competitive price. Collection was efficient and all I await is safe delivery of the parcel (and a refund as it was a return!).”

“The account was quick to set up, adding addresses was also easy and quick. Choosing the pickup address and destination address was simple and intuitive and payment was processed smoothly. I did this in the evening and next morning the pick up courier was at my doorstep. A+, will deal again.”

“My Hermes are very good & cheap but you get what you pay for as they are very slow. Collectplus are very good but you have to take to shop. I love interparcel as you get a full range of companies , you can choose to yet or not. Use city link a lot through you & are very happy with the service. I post parcels are the. Worse ever. You cannot cancel order if you make a mistake. No phone only emails they don't answer. One of my parcels with them got collected after 4 days & they returned it to the lady I purchased from saying it was fraud paypal. What had happend was I had cancel the one collection as told to by them & do a new order. That's not my fault. So my name was slandered. So stick to a company you knpw”

“I have started to use Interparcel regularly and I am very pleased with the service. I do find the time slot they give ... between 8am and 9pm a bit difficult but so far they have picked up in the early afternoon. Good value for money and reliable.”

“I use Interparcel for a selection of option delivery charges. No problems filling in the electronic form. Annoyed about there not being a time 'window' Normally says 9 - 6pm take it or leave it. However, when I have telephoned Interparcel tele no. to ask if the courier can try to pick up at a specific time, the message has been passed on to the driver and an effort has been made.”

“I have used Interparcel for all UK and international large parcels for the last few months. It's a lot cheaper than Parcelforce! I've only used the UPS choices so I can't comment on the others. I can happily recommend it to anybody else.”

“I use interparcel at least twice a week and have never had a problem in last 3 years of using them. I've tried other sites and when parcels have gone missing its a nightmare to claim and speak to someone. Never had a parcel go missing with interparcel so will stick to them and would highly recommend to anyone. Great choice of company's and great prices. Am always a happy customer”

“I was worried that I'd paid a much cheaper price for my musical instrument delivery than competitors. but i need not, from start to finish the process was extremely efficient and easy to follow. The parcel was picked within 5 minutes of the earliest time stated and tracked from that point onwards. A text alerted me when it was out for delivery and again when it had been delivered on time well within the range given. Will definitely use again.”
