“2 boxes collected from my Kent address at 3pm and delivered the next morning to my daughter in Edinburgh at 10.30am. This truly is a fabulous service and have no hesitation to recommend to all. The Interparcel own service (by UPS) is the one I have been using for 4 years without one problem - GREAT”

“I have used interparcel for over a year now, about once a week and have never had anything to worry about. Its a very easy website to use, so booking takes me about 30 seconds which is great. The couriers are always smiling and friendly and I like getting a phone call if they're going to be late, thats really useful. Overall I will continue to use them regularly as I can trust my precious cargo will be in good hands.”

“After being let down twice in one week by parcel monkey I booked my parcel with inter parcel and wow what a difference collected the parcel as stated on the correct day by a very competent UPS courier man, would never use anyone but this parcel courier. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.”

“Discovered the idea of parcel brokers just over 2 years ago, tried a few but found these were fine, so stuck with them. We send regularly using their UPS service which is cheaper than using UPS direct even for sending quite a few parcels, UPS also charge ?1.70 from what I remember, when delivering to a private house, whereas going through Interparcel, the surcharge doesn't happen, so for those, it's definitely better value. Also used them for deliveries to France and Germany which is very straight forward. To be fair, the cheapest deliveries for light parcels is still direct from the Hermes site, but then the delay time is far longer. Payment methods seem straight forward, not sure about customer services, can't remember ever needing them. If prices and service stay as they are, we'll carry on using them for the foreseeable future.”

“Hi there, We recently had a problem with one of our ebay customers who had already had the courier company leave 3 out cards with the customer because he wasn't in to recieve it. The customer contacted us to try and re-arrange a fourth delivery to his neighbour before the 15th Feb as he was going on holiday and was desperate for our item so that he could take it with him. I liaised with Sophie Coultard regarding our problem and she went out of her way to liaise with the courier to ensure that our customer recieved the item before he went away. We have used Interparcel for over 6 years now and this level of service from Sophie is a clear example why. Keep up the good work.”

“Awesome service, this was my first time but not my last, no nonsense, all done from my computer and Didnt leave the house, was collected Within a few hours, I didnt have to go out in the cold and stand in the que with people coughing and moaning, and every option that was on the list was cheaper than the post office, would recomend using yourselves all day, im going to, no more post offices for this fella. Thank you for your easy swift service, big smiles and thumbs up from me.”
