“I've been using Interparcel for a few years now and use it to book all my outgoing business shipments to customers in the UK & European mainland. As a small business I don't ship enough to qualify for good discounts with the major couriers directly so booking with Interparcel gives me the best pricing I can get. I also like the online booking service and the fact that I can store addresses as this speeds up the booking process enormously. One feature that would be great to have for accounting purposes is a monthly VAT summary of shipments booked. Plus Customer Service is great and any (rare) issues I've had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.”
