“We have always had a great service through Interparcel. Our business relies on getting deliveries to and from our customers efficiently, on time and without problems. Highly recommended company, but I wished they rewarded loyalty. We get no discounts on the large number of packages we send on a weekly basis. Overall, a great company, their best carrier being UPS!”

“Always had good service from Interparcel, and the one time I booked an am collection not realising my good lady had a doctors appointment, I spoke with Lisa and she rescheduled for pm. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended”

“The best thing about Interparcel is that you can contact them by phone and when I have ever made a mistake in booking an order they have always been happy to cancel and re-book. I have never had any problems with their service and they have always chased up problem shipments such as people not at home to accept deliveries. I rate them A1 100% for UK but they are a bit expensive for europe.”

“Ordering this service and payment online in easy to understand and execute formats. Collection @ 16.00hrs in West Sussex on day booked and delivery next day in Devon @ 10.15hrs. Will certainly use Interparcel again when need arises.”

“We regularily use Interparcel for ad hoc collections for our business and are always happy to do so due to reliable collections, delivery as promised and telephone availability. The ability to be able to easily reach a business by telephone and speak to a real person is key to us. This was witnessed today when I made an error inputting an order and James Giffen promptly assisted. James was cheerful and kind on the telephone. Such customer service ensures our repeat business. Thank-you!”

“ADDING INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE COUNTRY CODE IS EXTREMELY CONFUSING AND SHOULD THEREFORE BE AUTOMATED TO GUIDE YOUR CUSTOMERS OTHERWISE THE DIFFICULTY MIGHT PUT OFF SOME PUNTERS!”

“I had some payment problems when I was trying use the online facility to send a parcel to Lincolnshire, I phoned customer services and after speaking to a helpful advisor, who couldn't sort out the problem I was then passed to her manager/supervisor, she went through all the processes and after extensive 'delving' located the problem, of why my payment was not being accepted, which was then fixed immediately. She then told me that unfortunately I would have to go through the online booking process again, but any problem to phone back and ask for Le-Anne”

“You will find the online order process that is so strait forward and simple to use, this service provider is backed up by the company's customer service who unlike some other agents also provide a phone contact link who will action your request within minutes. Staff are very polite and friendly.”

“Used Interparcel 3 times now, twice with a 24hr service from UPS, and have been very happy to date. Also used the 'text when delivered' service which is cheap and useful. Easy to book online, well priced and reliable. Will use again.”
