“OK, couple of hiccups during my 5+ year association but happy to note, not one of them was the fault of the agency.. It was, on both occasions, carrier fault but it was Interparcel who sorted it out and restored my faith in the courier service.. Which is why I offer up 5 stars to them. Change? Not likely! It's this simple.... You cannot improve on perfection! :-) Long may they reign!”

“I find this website useful because I don't have an account with DHL, UPS or any other parcel company, but need their service once or twice a month. At a glance, I can see prices for 3 different levels of service, from at least 3 companies so that I can make an informed choice. The website is very clear and the only extra I need is a printer plus adhesive labels on which to print the shipping note. You could use plain paper and sellotape it, but I prefer a more professional label!”

“Used interparcel a number of times now for sending fish & shellfish round the country for next day delivery. Very happy with the service, parcels are easy to book in on the computer, delivered by UPS always arrived next day by the time stated. Service is cheaper than I can get off the couriers myself. Thank you, keep it up!”

“We have used Interparcel for more than 6 years, during which time we have been very satisfied with the services offered. We mainly use interparcel to book UPS collections. The process of booking is very easy. Any minor problem, only a couple, encountered has been quickly dealt with, satisfactorily. Would thorough recommend Interparcel for business or personal sendings.”
