“have been using interparcel for few years now, and is very much a part of my online business. the online system is 2nd nature and allows me to place an order within 2 mins which compared to their competitors is the best online service, as i have used and tried them all. the one and only criticism is price..! Im sure this has been raised many times with interparcel by regular customers, but online business is becoming more and more competitive and regular users of interparcel should maybe start to see some form of discount, i know that courier companys reduce the cost when picking up multiple shipments from one address, so why isn't this saving being passed on to interparcels loyal customers...???”

“Quick and easy to use. The user interface is far less complicated than those offered by the couriers themselves. The address book is extremely useful to those like myself who ship to the same people regularly. Room for improvement would be a free text area on the commercial invoices so that tariff codes, IPR return statements etc can be added as I still have to create my own commercial invoices as these must be included and there is no way to do it via the website at the moment.”

“I have been using Interparcel for several years, and let me tell you that I have been comparing prices before I became their customer. I found them reliable and fast, and it's great to be able to track your parcel on the internet. I would really recommend them. If you are sending anything of value or anything that needs to arrive for sure, this is a much better way of sending it than using the Post Office services.”

“To keep it simple - they are the cheapest! We use TNT through Interparcel every day and we have never been let down yet. As long as our booking is in before noon, they'll collect the same day and deliver tomorrow. Paying by PayPal makes things easy for us too. So an all round recommedation to anyone with a parcel to send.”

“I would recommend Interparcel for their expert service, I send out parcels all across Europe, I have never had a problem booking on internet, sometimes the driver has arrived to pick up before I could actually get parcel down to despatch, that is how good they are. The website gives you various options of carriage charge and the tracking service tell you exactly where the parcel is Well done keep it up.”

“I find there service simple to use, prices are good I have used them for many years now and have only had couple of misplaced parcels which they sorted out and were delivered next day very quickly , and money back. drivers very friendly and helpful. I use ups which I find marvellous they put there parcels on shelves so don,t just get thrown in back of van. 5 *****”
