“Interparcel have been very obliging in their assistance in locating my parcel. Several of the customer service representatives were not able to provide the details on the courier I was seeking. Luke was very prompt and helpful and was able to provide the information I required to follow up the parcel in Australia in less than 24 hours. “One of the best things about INterparcel is the way they deal with issues. When my customers cause a problem and alter their addresses, collection times etc., Interparcel make it very easy for me to accommodate them, and as a small business we really appreciate this. Also, if there is ever a problem, which is rare, your customer services are quick and efficient in responding, as in my current case where Sabrina has been responding in a timely and informative manner.
