I've used Interparcel at my last two companies and the service is fantastic, both for national and international deliveries. Plenty of delivery options to choose from across all the well-known courier companies. And cutomer service enquiries are always dealt with swiftly by Tasha...I have and will continue to recommend Interparcel to my colleagues and friends.

Should have been collected Monday - didn't collect . Re arranged for Tuesday, again didn't collect as promised. On both days I had to phone them to find out that a problem existed! On Tuesday i was promised it would be collected Wednesday, service changed by Interparcel after I phoned them to double check is was still being collected. Told sorry a problem again, we will upgrade to UPS and will ensure collection today! So 3 days later, waiting in each day for a collection that will eventually be delivered 3 days late to my customer - abysmal service and performance, I will never ever consider using or recommending this incompetent organisation.

I find your service very good, and if and when I do have a problem, your customer service advisor Rachael Smith is always really helpful and keeps me up-dated with useful and helpful advice.

I booked a parcel collection from a customer who waited in all day and the courier didn't show,I contacted customer services and complained to Louise Evison who dealt with the matter very professionally and re-booked the collection,however,exactly the same thing happened so I contacted Louise once again to ask what was going on and as before she was friendly,polite and professional. I spoke to the customer again and it turned out that he had recently moved house and had not updated his address. Again I contacted Louise Evison but this time to offer my sincere apologies which she accepted with grace and understanding she is an absolute credit to the customer service team,thank you Louise.

Waited patiently for collection of my parcel,ordered the previous day only to get an email at 11:38 which is 2 and a half hours after earliest collection,that it could not be collected and i would have to wait in all day the next day. As not everybody has broadband to check emails would it not be better to contact the customer on the mobile already given on the collection details page as they would not be aware until 5pm . When comparing with other providers the cheapest is not always the best idea,check terms and conditions as there is no compensation for a lost day

Hi Nigel, I'm really sorry that we were unable to get your parcels collected today. Unfortunately this was due to a system error, this was investigated by our IT team as soon as we were made aware of the issue and this has now been fixed. I can confirm the collection will be made tomorrow. I have passed your comments on regarding the way we contact customers to improve our services for the future.
