I have used Interparcel on many occasions and have always been extremely pleased with the professional service they have given me. On the last occasion i used them there was a problem with the courier picking the parcel up from me but after contacting Interparcel they promptly sorted the issue out. I must stress this was not the fault of Interparcel but the actual courier. A special thanks to BEKA PULLING who really went out of her way to sort this for me. Thanks Again for a great service !!!!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a parcel sending ..............

Luke Johnson was extremely efficient with the way he dealt with the lost parcel. Very kind and polite over the phone. Thank you the parcel was delivered the day after.

Although you didn't actually fulfil my delivery (due to me not checking the packaging requirements), had a positive service. Spoke to James England via the Live chat who swiftly cancelled my order and told me I wouldn't need a refund as it's the same day I ordered which is good. The previous courier I used 10 days ago for this same delivery, still hasn't refunded me. Would use again. Thanks

I have positive and negative feedback. Your colleague Kayleigh West was extremely helpful and efficient in responding to, and eventaully resolving the problems I had. I think she is an excellent member of your team. On a more negative note, I had two problems with a recent order (11946335). Firstly I booked a service with "no printer" required as I was in an area where I had no access to a printer. After a few minutes I received an email with the docs to print... I dealt with Kayleigh and colleagues who transferred the service to another provider (TNT), but they then called and said they needed an email address to send the docs to for printing... Frustrating... Eventually I managed to find a friend with a printer who drove approx 40km to drop them off for me. The pick up was 2 dayss late, but that was not the end of the world. I am sure these were local problems, but you can imagine that it was very irritating.

Very good service, alternative costs use them many times a week. This is a good example of the staff - Charlie Stocker - spending his time to let me know that our file had been delivered. I'd like to say thank you to interparcel and to all staff. Thanks again, Charlie Stocker.

I have been having issues with getting a parcel to a customer with a deadline for tomorrow, the address has to be changed and Kayleigh O/T was very helpful, she has requested that the parcel be redirected to a business address, her manner was very courteous and helpful.. thaknyou for your help Kayleigh.

Used interparcel well over fifty times now and only ever failed to collect once, and i was emailed before hand to let me know that the driver wasn't coming, excellent service, recommended 10/10

Inter parcel were very prompt in informing us of a misplaced parcel and their action to trace it. The representative James Giffen was very helpful and the matter was resolved quickly.
