Booked 2 separate parcels for collection, paid for at time of booking well before the cut off time ,only to get an email at 11:38 i- no phone call or text to explain, that they can`t be collected after all and i have to wait in all day the following day,again. I have had to offer my apologies to the recipients,who now have to wait another day No explanation no compensation Very poor service on my first ,and now only time of using them. Don`t take a day off to wait in

Hi Nigel, I am very sorry for the delay with your collections. We did experience IT issue today. I can confirm this matter has been resolved and the items will be collected tomorrow. Once again i am very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

would like to say thanks to James Giffen...I wasn't aware that I had to send the shipping label to the company that we collecting the parcel from. With James help he responded very quickly to our e-mails and help us to resolve this matter. Thanks Jenet

you guys have been very helpful, when ever it have a problem , just now Sabina has been very helpful in resolving my querry. . the only draw back I have is sometimes it takes a bit too long when the query involves a courier, and say a lost , or undelivered parcel. but over all I am happy.

i stupidly printed out the wrong label and had to rebook,,, i used the live chat facility and spoke to lovely lady called Kirsty who sorted and rebooked my order with 3 minutes,, very helpful and friendly and my problem was all sorted within 5 mins from start to finish,,

Had a slight issue with a shipping document not being generated, used the Live Chat facility on the web site and Luke sorted everything out in no time at all

James Giffen was the operator who I spoke to. Normally it's quite frustrating to get anywhere when I phone up. But on this occasion James was absolutely amazing. He was able to deal with my query efficiently, and effectively. Please give him some form of recognition.

I had an incredibly blonde moment and got package details wrong for a super important parcel, I went on line to your live help (as its late and your telephone crew go home quite early) and a super lady called Rachael corrected my mistake and took the payment, no hassle, no worries and very quickly. I found Lisa Irish to be very prompt in answering my query---my delivery was late in arriving and Lisa was excellent at 'sorting out the problem". My parcel arrived the next morning. I would recommend this service without hesitation. From: michael@counsellingsoutheast.com

I regularly ship via Interparcel using UPS or TNT. Occasionally there is an issue but I find customer service quick to respond, their live chat is very good and the agents take the initiative to help sort things out. I would like to thank Charlie Stocker and Sam for their help with my latest shipment which was safely delivered.

I had made a mistake with the address so I emailed to check if something could be done. Annelese was extremely helpful and was able to get my issue resolved in a matter of days. Initial response to my email was one day, which is excellent. She was friendly and helpful throughout and ius surely a credit to interparcel - great stuff!

I liked that I found cheaper option than the courier company's offer of their official site. I didn't like that the parcel was delivered to a gas station near by instead the delivery adress which was more convinient, but maybe this isn't interparcel.com thing.
