I was impressed with one of the staff (Rebeka Pulling) who took the time and displayed the patience in dealing with myself. Despite the fact that initially I was very angry at what had been happening, she dealt with me in a patient and calm manor and eventually was able to sort the problem out. The problem being an overseas company delivering an item and not having the same customer relationship as in the UK. Overall this lady impressed me with both her ability and with the company.

I made an accidental error when completing the collection details on the online form, and so contacted you guys asap to have this error rectified. I did not expect to have this addressed within an hour, as it was by James Giffen. I very much appreciate the prompt and polite response from James... I now feel assured that my delivery will take place without any trouble. Thank you.

The pick up did not take place as scheduled. And there was a mix-up (perhaps my fault) about the size of the parcel -- it was 95 and NOT 950 kgs. so I was hugely overcharged. I never received notice of deliver until today when STACY McKay quickly and efficiently tracked down the notice. She was superb!

I have had a number of problems with different companies I have booked through Interparcel in the last month, lost, damaged and items delivered to completely the wrong address. I have in previous times found the staff disinterested in the problems and just wanting to get rid of me off the phone as a quickly as possible without really resolving the issues. I am a regular user of Interparcel sending out many items per week from my online shop. This past week Stacey McKay has been a breath of fresh air in helping quickly and efficiently to resolve a problem I've had with UPS, she has taken a personal interest and seen the problem right through to its conclusion. This has helped to restore my faith in Interparcel.

I've just had an excellent example of how to deliver prompt, efficent customer serice from Katy Hall. This has made the likelihood of using Interparcel in the future a no brainer.

Had no idea how to have my sons tablet collected from Ibiza and returned to the UK when he left it there after a family holiday, all the BIG couriers were of no help. I googled and found Interparcel, the website was extremely easy to use and the priced were affordable. So far I have had a confirmation text that my parcel has been collected and an email from Rachael Smith confirming this also. She has been very customer focused at keeping me informed. If my parcel arrives as promised I will definitely use again! Thank you Rachael.

Already completed this but forgot to mention that Stacey McKay is usually the person that responds to any queries/issues with collections/deliveries. Stacey responds quickly and always provides a satisfactory solution for me.

I was very disappointed to find out that my parcel had not been collected. I was not informed of this i had to make contact as i had not heard anything. A lady called Louise Evison has dealt with my enquiry and i am very pleased with her service she has arranged for my parcel to be collected today and kept me well informed of everything she was doing. I hope she does get recognition for the service she provides.
