A great cost effective way to send parcels, I would not use anyonelse. I had a problem with a delivery as the recepitant was not home, Interparcel rectified this instantly over the phone. Many Thanks Lisa Irish for your help.

We've been using Interpacel for a few years now for sending larger packages, roughly 10-20 packages a month. On the rare accasions when something does go wrong with a courier I've found Interparcel very helpful. Most recently we had some address trouble with a customer in Ireland. I was contact by a Customer Service Advisor named Lisa Irish to bring to our attention there was an issue with this package. She was very helpful and contacted the courier on our behalf to provide additional delivey instructions which enabled the package to be delivered.

I have used Interparcel for several years now and the interface and booking process is very simple, the prices seem competitive and on rare occasions where I need to ask something, like I did tonight sending a package to the USA, the customer service has always been excellent [today Sam O/T] was brilliant. I booked a pre 9am delivery then realised I had input the wrong house number. I sent a chat message and Ellie replied immediately, corrected the mistake and emailed me new labels/paperwork, all within 2 minutes. Excellent service.

I use interparcel all the time, I have only ever had two difficulties with items not being collected, but customer services have always been really quick and helpful. I was in touch with Louise Evison the second time it happened (in three or four years, and technically it is an issue with the delivery company, not Interparcel) and she was very good, unfortunately a recollection couldn't be arranged in time for my specific needs, so I had to take it to the post office, but she arranged a full refund and issued a complaint to delivery company for me. Very relieved, thank you!

I am delighted with the professional and kind nature in which my query was dealt with when using the Interparcel chat system. A lady called Sabrina assisted me and I was really pleased in the way she resolved my issue regarding a collection scheduled for today. Many thanks. Fred Dove

I chose to use Interparcel initially because their website was really clearly laid out. It was easy to use and I would recommend it to anybody. A "thank you" must go to Rachel Smith who followed up & sorted out a problem with a recent delivery address.

Hello Kristy Cooney, Was excellent, she kept calm as I was phoning her with my problem. Instead of getting annoyed that the address had changed, she was professional and got on with the job and resolved the issue. I was impressed that she did not take it personally, but took it as something that she could turn it all around and fix it rather than say for God's sake you are a nuisance and I can not be dealing with people like you. She listened and acted on that information to make sure that the job was done. She did not at any point sound angry instead she had the attitude of a Saint who just wanted to help and resolve and make the customer happy that she would do her best and she did that. I can I ever possibly now go any other company and send anything when you have staff that climb mountains to help their customers without getting fed up of fixing a problem . At the time I was stressed as my brother had been taken down for not paying his taxes and fine so I was sad, but she was on top of her job, just making it all work.
