Very helpful when parcel lost , got straight on to parcel force and was resolved in 2 days , instant response every time I emailed , dealt with Ellie Paul who was very helpful Thanks again

An excellent service and when on one of my parcels I had a problem with the labels ,a lovely person calked Sam Kennard helped and sorted it all out for me. I could not have had better service. I use inter parcel for nearly all my parcels including Christmas gifts to overseas. . When spending a year in Ethiopia I set up a charity to get blankets to babies and used inter parcel to send them all out. Excellent, excellent, excellent !!!!

We've used Interparcel for our business shipping needs for a couple of years now. The website is really easy to use and the spread of different carriers and prices it offers is great. Things don't often go wrong, but if there's a problem with a delivery, their customer service agents are helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Interpacel.

It was my first time using you so I found it a bit slow filling the pages out, but I will get used to that. I had forgotten to print of the invoice page and rang your customer service. Mary Evans sorted this out for me and emailed it to me in minutes, I was very impressed.

My only one good experience is connected with Lisa Irish. She response to my complain about prepaid message about delivery. She asnwered my question very quick and helpful. I´m not sure, if I can recommend this company, because I wasn´t able to found, that delivery from Highland to Mainland took longer time that advertised (we delivery your item till next day...that´s sometimes is not true). You didn´t get this information, when you ordered. My other communication via emails wasn´t very helpful to me. Phone call to call center was better. OK, if you will not claimed your order and you send it within Mainland, it could be good. It could ne, but not will be. But - still better possibility than Parcel Monkey. Filip Procházka

Dear Filip, Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies in regards to the transit times. Unfortunately some areas in the highlands and Island can take a little longer as it may be classed as a remote area. The service chosen does advise that it will be next day in most areas, unfortunately our system will not recognised if your area is in a remote area due to this in the future please contact us and we will confirm the transit time for you.

I had some question about tracking and Rachel was really helpful. The quotes are much cheaper then direct couriers' and the website is clear and easy.

I sent a parcel using information from the receiver I had. It turned out address was correct bat postcode was completely incorrect. Ellie managed to deliver my parcel even though my receiver's postcode was incorrect. Perfect service!!!

Ordered a collection which went wrong. Asked them to change the collection address from a home to business and then ParcelForce turned up at the home address to deliver to the business address instead. Spoke to Ellie at Interparcel who bent over backwards to correct the mistake and rebook the collection this time using the correct addresses. 5 outta 5 for customer service !.
