“Mostly good but order processing fails sometimes which is frustrating”

“I use Interparcel.com all the time. They offer great service at very reasonable prices. I also like the fact that they are very responsive when things need to be adjusted. I would especially like to mention Beka Pulling. She's a star! Always willing to help and super responsive.”

“I have placed many orders through interrparcel, mainly through UPS. It is with regret that my last delivery was nothing short of disasterous, however fortunately you have a great customer services department which was able to help and inform me, quickly, when I needed it. Beka pulling was the customer service representative that I dealt with and she is an asset to your team. Kind regards Jane cleverly”

“Lost both my parcels.Contacted Stacey McKay in customer services and she chased tracking numbers and found them.If all the staff were as efficient as Stacey the company would run a lot better”
