For some reason screwed up to start with, parcel not picked up on Saturday but customer service sorted out the problems and it was picked up Monday. Customer service second to none, people like Charie Stocker put extra effort in to ensure I was satisfied, the parcel was delivered and for the money this was excellent service. Would recommend.

I made a mistake and James Giffen tried to sort it out for me. Interparcel didn't manage it on this occasion which was fine. Very impressed with the way that James kept me informed. This is the kind of customer service I expect and received from Interparcel. Thank You.

Excellent customer service and communication from Kate Hall via telephone and email. My original courier booking was knocked back upon collection due to insufficient paperwork from an online booking. Kate helped me get my parcel to the Balearic Islands by advising me about customs invoices and how to obtain a customs trade number for the item I was sending.

We do use Interparcel for parcels over 1m to mainland UK we find them to be very competetive and the custome service is second to none each time an issue arise they are there to help sorting it. Please keep up the good work

I have been using Interparcel for 7 years whilst working with Global One-Pak Ltd. The booking process is quick, simple and very efficient. I would recommend their service to anyone. I have even used the service at home and also arranged for a neighbour to use Interparcel to send something over to their son in Australia.

I've used Interparcel on well over 100 occasions now - only once have I had a significant issue with a delivery, but they processed the compensation payout well. The support I recently received from Annelese at Interparcel on a couple of queries I had, once again demonstrated the value of customer service. Highly recommended!

I sent an e-mail about rearranging a parcel and sending a new customs invoice as the value of the parcel had changed. Luke Johnson answered my e-mail and was very helpful and rearranged everything as requested.

We booked the service through Interparcel on the Sunday night ( Australian Time) and it was collected on the Monday- Sam Kennard the Customer service team Leader had emailed saying the actual service we required would be provided via them but through UPS - and he kept us upto date all the way. The parcel was collected Monday from Dartford in Kent and arrived here in Melbourne on the Thursday morning at 10 am with UPS - Brilliant job guys! Tracking info was provided all the way and I cannot fault the service.

I phoned Interparcel customer services today with regards to a couple of parcels that were unable to be delivered due to recipient not being in on two delivery attempts. My query was dealt with promptly by one of the advisors; Luke Johnson who was more than happy to help me. Luke phoned UPS whilst I waited a short while on the other line and came back with a solution to the problem in place. Luke Johnson is a credit to your team, keep up the good work.
