“Had to post a hefty guitar I'd sold on eBay, everyone was recommending inter parcel so I thought I'd try it and I was not disappointed, cheap and efficient door to door! I didn't hear the UPS man come to my door the first time round so I spoke to Ellie O/T on the customer service live chat and she sorted everything out for me with literally no hassle whatsoever for it to be collected the next day.”

“After a glitch with your website I submitted 2 orders by mistake on Monday 10th August. The 1st one would not complete. Sabrina one of your support team spoke with me and said she would sort it and refund me the money for the incomplete order, but I would need to submit another order which I did. But Sabrina never sorted out the problem for me at all. Thankfully I received an email from Kirsty Cooney one of your customer services advisors on Tuesday to say my parcel had not been picked up. Which alerted me that I hadn't received my refund and that you were looking for 2 parcels. Thanks goodness for Kirsty's excellent customer service. She sorted it all out for me and issued my refund for the overcharged incomplete order. Excellent Customer Service from Kirsty Cooney, very impressed with her.”

“I have to say dealing with the telephone helpline is a dream, so helpful and pleasant and very quick to answer, I wish however the same could be said for the interactive online help desk, they come accross as uncaring and uninterested and treat you as if you do not have a choice other than to deal with Interparcel. I shall always on the rare occasion I need help go via the telephone helpline.”

“Many thanks Ellie for a quick and efficient solution to my problem when I accidently duplicated my bookings today. It was easy to speak to live chat and Ellie was very professional and pleasant and my issue was solved immediately. As a company we have used other courier companies in the past and getting to speak to anybody is often a headache and to get any action to the simplest of issues can be frustrating. Interparcel are super professional and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Many thanks Ellie - a great representative of your company.”
