I had a problem, that the parcel hasn't been collected, but Stacey (live chat) has re-booked the collection for me straight away. it was a good experience that things like that can be done nice and smooth

Prompt, good quality service. I was recently notified of a problem regarding contacting a customer, I was notified of this by James Giffen and was very satisfied and impressed with his speedy response and keeping me informed of progress.

I had put the wrong parcel size on one of my orders, I spoke to lovely lady called Simona *b* - She was very fast and effiecent and without me asking refunded me the money for the parcel difference. Very impressed with the high level of customer service and Simona is a credit to your company. Interparcel also always deliver a top service and never had no problems with the couriers they use..

Very efficient service. When I had a problem recently with downloading one of the shipping labels, I contacted customer services by email. I received a promt reply from Stacey McKay, who sorted the problem out for me quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service overall. It is a good price and the UPS service which I use is very reliable.

I really enjoy using this service because their prices are fair and they pick up from my door step. I had an issue today my pickup guy came early and my package wasn't ready I was worried that I wouldn't get a refund or a rebook at no charge. I contact the online chat service I chatted with Ellie and she was able to take care of all of my concerns! AND she rebooked my package pick up. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to Ellie I will not be looking for a new shipping company anytime soon.

I have used Interparcel for many years, mainly to ship goods to family in Italy. Whilst I appreciate that Interparcel are not the actual shippers I was extremely disappointed about recent events with a shipment to Turkey via UPS. I did not check prohibited items on the Interparcel website as they were not the shippers-UPS were. I checked for prohibited items on the UPS website (which is a terrible website) to check if the item was listed. Items can vary from Company to Company. I still cannot locate the item on any 'list' on UPS site. For what started off as a £44 shipment cost is now going to cost me £300 to have the parcel returned to me - which has not happened yet - I will believe it when I see it. I am not laying all blame with Interparcel - UPS are also under my criticism here and I would never use them again. I intend to write a strong letter of complaint to them. Not that they would really care I am sure. However I have to say that the Customer Service staff (in particular Stacey McKay) at Interparcel have been more than helpful - it is not their fault that this has happened and they are just adhering to Company policy and procedures.

Hi Susan, I'm afraid when sending through our services mobile phones are classed as prohibited items and cannot be sent under any circumstances, this is advised on our website when you make the booking. We are currently chasing this up with UPS to confirm the exact charge for the return and to find out when you will get this back, as soon as we have any more information we will contact you right away. Thank you for your kind comments regarding Stacey, this has been passed over to her direct supervisor.

I would have given you 5 stars and 10 except for your performance here in Hong Kong. But my rating would have been much worse if it hadn't been for Stacey McKay your very helpful customer services advisor in Crawley. My parcel was collected in UK and delivered to Hong Kong with the utmost efficiency. But it appears that your agent here does not share that approach. The parcel was lying here somewhere with no notification to me of its arrival nor that it would not be delivered to my home address. When I finally contacted Stacey she was most pleasant and very efficient in getting me the agent's contact details and then the tracking reference. With this information I was able to retrieve my parcel today, but the HK Post Office did say that it wooed have shortly been returned to sender. Please get your HK agent to advise recipients of this problem. Alls well now Best regards George Dunn

So far I have had a good experience with sending my packages - prompt pick up and delivery. Also When I contacted the office with a query they were very helpful. When I contacted via live chat they were very helpful and prompt.
