I've used Interparcel.com for years and have always been happy with the price and service. I have had to phone them just once on the latest occasion to help with an order. Kate Hall who dealt with my call was extremely helpful and professional and has left me feeling confident Interparcel.com is still No.1 and I will continue to use them in the fututre - Thank you

Excellent service Taunton to Cleckheaton in less than 24 hours and very good back from your administration Annelese. It all commenced with an excellent recommendation from your pick-up driver. On this experience I will e recommending DX to friends and neighbours.

i had a problem with paypal paying for a parcel but it was not logged on system ,when i phoned lisa irish she was very helpfull in exlaining what i had to do to get a refund and it was back in my paypal account within the hour very efficient girl ,thanks lisa

The shipping documents for a parcel did not come through in the usual email and I was unable to get them through your download centre. I contacted customer services and Stacey Mckay sent them through immediately. Thanks for the excellent service.

the driver arrived and found my (appropriately labeled) parcels left us a receipt for same which were delivered promptly (and I hope safely) to the returnee - thank you

all is good, however it was the first time I had to contact you to arrange a pick up time as previously I was always able to select a time frame for picking up by myself but this time was fixed 8 am to 9pm which for businesses is either too early or too late ....so I don't know if this is a new policy or if it apply just to this particular case.... However the operator was immediately able to help me and arrange it for me so overall the service is excellent!

Easy to book deliveries and well priced too. Hardly ever an issue with anything and, if there is, I've always found the Interparcel customer service officers excellent in all regards to resolving/ answering any queries. I won't use any other parcel delivery service!

I ended up paying twice for a delivery (Paypals fault , not Interparcels), and Stacey from Customer Support resolved the issue within minutes of my phone call, an excellent service by Interparcel staff.

I have had trouble in the past with parcels booked with TNT ( but the trouble is with TNT and not Interparcel ) I always use UPS and they always deliver. This morning i had no access when i booked to get my barcode labels. I did have a webchat, but still no labels appeared, so i phoned in and spoke to a James Giffen who was most helpful and immediately sent my requested labels - thank you James :)
