“Website is great. I had trouble inputting my postcode which was verified on the Royal Mail website but not on yours. Spoke to a couple of different live chat agents who were all extremely short, unhelpful and not bothered. The exception lies with "Kate" who was quick, polite and an all round legend.”

“Easy to use, competitively priced multi courier services Fast & friendly live help service (Thanks for sorting my problem quickly Becky Blythe) Highly recommended services - on the few occasions that something goes wrong they are quick to help and put it right quickly and easily I have tried various courier brokering services and this one is the best one I have personally used and have been using them now for around 7 years without problems.”

“Been using Interparcel for many years now. Hardly ever have problems. If something does go wrong, it is fixed very promptly. Just now my shipping lables did not come through. I asked via live chat, Sabrina fixed it straight away. Great!”
