“Arranging for my parcel to be picked up and delivered was very easy to do on the web site. Parcel picked up 40 minutes after I finished on the site and with the tracking I could see the parcels progress all the way to Austria. I paid a little extra to have a text when the parcel had been signed for which worked perfectly and gave me a sense of relief knowing that it had arrived safely. I would recommend this service without hesitation.”

“I have held an account with Interparcel for several years and although I have frequently tried other companies offering similar services I have always returned to Interparcel as their service has always been faultless. On the rare occasions I've had issues with couriers Interparcel customer services have always resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. I don't usually write reviews and I seldom offer praise in this sector of business as I usually find the level of service substandard. However, on this occasion I am complied to offer praise where it is due and wholeheartedly recommend them and congratulate them for delivery an excellent service, which unfortunately is a true rarity these days.”

“Having used interparcel and the various courier companies they represent for the past few years I have only good things to say, Hermes is excellent, UPS is excellent but the one company I have used four times and had problems each and every time is Citylink, non pick ups, non deliveries, almost impossible to reach on the phone and just recently instead of collecting one scheduled pick up they took five! the other four clearly labelled for Hermes, it took me four days to get them back. All in all I am very satisfied with the level of service from Interparcel.”

“I always use Interparcel for my larger parcels as they are waay cheaper than Royal Mail. I was pleased to find I could even order for same-day collection for delivery tomoro. They are always polite and helpful, and have never yet failed to collect/deliver when they said they would. You can even get a text (for 20p + vat extra) to advise you when your parcel has been delivered. One thing I'm glad to say is they don't seem to use YODEL which is the worst courier on the planet.”
