“my parcel was collected in the UK on Monday and delivered to a rural adress in Britanny France on Wednesday. Couldn't ask for anything quicker than that.”

“Great service, the only time I had a problem, over a mistake I had made with the address, customer services were extremely helpful and got to the root of the issue straight away. Delivery of goods is often ahead of schedule, and no problems with care of packages etc.”

“The order was to pick up my daughter's stuff from her boarding school in Lancashire to Colchester. Five boxes were delivered to her university dorm only two days after receiving her order. The tracking was very accuracy and the price is very reasonable. Will recommend to anyone.”

“I've used Interparcel a number of times now. Really simple to use the web site & the paperwork comes through immediately. But the parcel services need thinking about carefully. Fed Ex 5***** City Link 5***** Yodel .....just avoid like the plague. The service is appalling & that's why they're cheap! Tried twice & they let me down both times. Never again.”

“The system works very well providing you do not need the lower cost carriers to collect the same day. It would be excellent if they could be persuaded to collect same day for orders placed up to 11.00 am. On the processing it would also help if there was a facility to store the description of goods to avoid having to type out each time.”

“Fulfilled my order and picked City Link. The driver left without taking my parcels because I hadn't brought them down from my second floor flat (but we're talking 5 big boxes). When I rang City Link I had to speak to someone who I could hardly understand. They were no use so I rang Interparcel, and a lovely lady (who was very easy to interpret as English was her native language) gave me all the help I needed and rebooked the pick-up for me with her sincerest apologies, unlike the City Link customer service who had no apologies whatsoever and said he couldn't help, couldn't contact the driver or the depot, whereas Interparcel could. Definitely choose Interparcel when ordering a courier, but choose UPS or someone other than City Link!”
