Fulfilled my order and picked City Link. The driver left without taking my parcels because I hadn't brought them down from my second floor flat (but we're talking 5 big boxes). When I rang City Link I had to speak to someone who I could hardly understand. They were no use so I rang Interparcel, and a lovely lady (who was very easy to interpret as English was her native language) gave me all the help I needed and rebooked the pick-up for me with her sincerest apologies, unlike the City Link customer service who had no apologies whatsoever and said he couldn't help, couldn't contact the driver or the depot, whereas Interparcel could. Definitely choose Interparcel when ordering a courier, but choose UPS or someone other than City Link!

happy to use for price but sometimes your companies you represent do get it wrong .(Yodel and Hermes) When they have made mistakes, Interparcel have been very quick to sort things out and always with a positive manner..

We are an eBay powerseller, and have used Interparcel exclusively for sometime now, purely due to the excellent customer service they provide. We find that of the various services available from their website, Interparcel Standard is the best value for money. This service is not their cheapest available, but is picked up sameday and is there 24-48 hrs without fail. In the rare occurrence of an issue, they always deal with promptly and is always resolved. This is something that we were not getting from other companies. Price is not always the governing factor!!! We have no hesitation in recommending them to other business/individuals. John BST

Interparcel what a find! The best parcel delivery service ever - I kid you not mate. From booking to signature at destination the whole exercise could not be easier, quicker or more reliable and the rates they charge are very competitive indeed. Simply the best service I have ever used full stop.

I've used Interparcel for years now. Their site makes it very easy to book a collection and the rates are very reasonable. The occassional problem I've had has always been resolved quicky.

HAVE ALWAYS FOUND INTERPARCEL TO BE RELIABLE, REASONABLY PRICED AND READY TO HELP.. DRIVERS COURTEOUS AND DELIVER TO THE DOOR OR TO WHERE I REQUIRE THE PARCEL TO BE WITHIN COMMON SENSE. IN MY OPINION YOU CAN USE WITHOUT WORRY.

I have recommended Interparcel to many associates during the three years I have been using them. A standard delivery parcel got to the East of Australia in under 36 hours after leaving on a Friday afternoon and arrived by Monday afternoon. The receiver said that it was the fastest International parcel that he had ever received. Another got to Vancouver from the UK in the same timescale, again using a standard rate. The ONLY problem I had was when Yodel failed to collect on two consecutive days due to their logistics not properly being in place. I contacted Interparcel and they kindly changed the courier and updated to an express delivery at no extra charge to me. A minor point is that, more recently this year, and for some unexplained reason, I have had Interparcel confirmation email details sent to me stating that a parcel was going to an older address book contact in Germany, for instance, rather than to the actual address I typed in for a delivery to Slovenia. I obviously thought I had typed in the wrong details and went into panic mode but, for some reason, the information automatically got corrected later on! I am genuinely amazed that a parcel can go through numerous hubs and airports and get delivered for an average price to me of about ?20 (mostly up to 10kg parcels to Europe). You also have to look at the insurance cover costs as the initial cover could be between ?20 and ?50 if goods are lost or damaged in transit. I use an Excel speadsheet to calcualte this extra costs involved if the consignment goes above this amount. I think Interparcel charge something like 2% extra for this. I know this limitation exists so I charge my clients accordingly but, bear this in mind when calculating all the delivery costs.

The collection drive allegedly ran out of time & failed to let my customer know he would not be calling supposedly called the nxt day, my client was there all day. the first collection was a tuesday the parcel got to me the following monday. very poor service this time. your service is normally excellent Invoice 6956587

Interparcel have a very easy to use web site giving several options and different prices. The nominated carrier collected our parcel on the due day and delivered it on Saturday as requested. Fantastic service.

Most of the time, no problem at all. A "computer technical issue" this week, meant the parcel wasn't collected on the specified date, but a day later. Meaning the goods arrived with the customer a day later than planned. Customer service could of been better when dealing with it, but at least the parcel arrived in the end!

One agent, available on the phone, with instant access to all shipping companies. They cut out the anonymity and blocking qualities of the e mail that many of these companies use in direct 'communication' with their smaller customers. Absolutely brilliant at solving any problem that may arise without the constant need for recalling, rechecking etc. Oh by the way - prices are good too.
